No. Review and accept the written quote before any booking commitment. The quote explains payment and cancellation terms.
Do I have to make a phone call?
Ordinary requests, questions, quotes, payments and completion updates can be handled online.
Who does the work?
Independent service businesses provide the work. Contractor applications are reviewed before providers receive opportunities.
How are prices calculated?
Prices depend on your scope and the provider’s input. Your written quote shows the customer price and GST where applicable.
What if the work needs to change?
Send a change request in your job thread. A material change needs review and written agreement.
What if there’s a problem?
Report an issue from the job page. The owner can review the timeline and evidence, ask questions and consider the appropriate resolution.
When is a provider paid?
For brokered jobs, customer confirmation and required payment must be recorded before an owner-approved payout.
